Kimberlee John has over 25 years in the technology space. She is a high energy, creative thinker with an intense focus on goal achievement, with an emphasis on the consultative approach to winning the business. She provides a unique approach to the evaluation & placement of highly successful talent in the cybersecurity, IT, SaaS, cloud, telecommunications, AI, ML, Fintech, Bio Tech, Healthtech and up and coming evolutionary companies across the US, Canada and EMEA. Kimberlee has a keen focus and intuition for the recruitment of top-performing executive leadership (CISO, CXO, VP levels, Middle Management), technology sales, data science, strategists, financial leaders, product leaders, marketing, developers, and top-notch engineering people. She is an authentic human capital strategist for the Enterprise, Start-up and SMB space across all verticals.

Previously, Kimberlee worked as an international sales leader with a reputation for creativity, cross-team collaboration, and attention to helping businesses drive down cost and complexity while improving productivity. A subject matter expert in staffing, upsize and downsize programs, a multi-region and country contract negotiator with partners and vendors. She works with many large and small partner and customer ecosystems.

Kimberlee has resided in the Bay Area for most of her life and career, enjoys her two beautiful daughters and granddaughters. She also likes to volunteer by empowering the young woman of today.

Savannah Ray possesses a tremendous focus on clients and candidates alike in order to fulfill and match talent to client’s needs. Savannah has the uncanny ability to take on any challenges, which enables her to achieve and create synergy in human capital for tech clients and their respective market segments.

We are excited that Savannah chose to join DataFlex in January of 2020. Savannah is tasked with our social media, customer and candidate success. She brings a wealth of knowledge with background in social media management and customer satisfaction.

Savannah has also now begun her recruitment training to become a leader in sourcing for our clients. She is quickly developing exemplar knowledge of the technology vertical. Savannah comes to us with tenacity, growth minded, and key passions for delivering first class service.

Savannah is dedicated and loves working with an enthusiastic and focused team; she thrives on assisting those around her to reach their full potential. We are confident that Savannah will continue to accomplish goals and thrive in the human capitol world.

As Director of Finance and Accounting, she oversees all areas of finance and accounting. Isobel possess an eye for numbers and a desire to problem solve as she collaborates with management.

She's in charge of small business regulations compliance, tax regulations, financial report, etc. Isobel is an eager leaner who worked in her field of studies while she finished up her degree at Sonoma State.

Previously, she came from a hard money lending company which specialized in Bridge loans. She was the controller's right hand, tracked principal/strip interest and was in charge of going after released funds.
